Shipping and Delivery
We ship via the United States Postal Service throughout the United States. Currently we do not ship outside the United States. Orders received by 12:00 p.m. PST usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m., on weekends or on national holidays ship the next business day after your order is placed. We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Oliana takes every step possible to ensure that you enjoy your purchase. In the unlikely event that the product you purchased arrives damaged or in poor conditions, please call us within 48 hours of the receipt of your shipment. We will offer you a return code, and you will have 7 days to return the product in its original condition directly to our store for a full refund. All items must be returned unopened and unused in original packaging for refund or an exchange. We cannot send a replacement, credit or refund for the purchase until we have received the defective product back. The customer is responsible for return shipping and delivery confirmation fees. All returns require pre-approval. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return cost was incurred as a result of Oliana’s error.
To return any product, please call 310-888-1874 between the hours of 11:00am and 6:00pm PST, to request a “Return Product Authorization Number”. Please do not return the merchandise without authorization by Oliana.
Oliana requests you to provide information by filling out and submitting an online form for newsletters, purchases and the like. However, when you visit and browse our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us. If you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.
We send our newsletter on sales and product information to subscribers only. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the email. We do not sell or share email addresses with other companies. We do use email as a means of receiving feedback from our customers, and we encourage you to email us with your questions or comments.
We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information.
We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies. For both privacy and security purposes, all transactional information communicated between customers and Oliana’s web site is transmitted in an encrypted format. All credit card purchases except those associated with Oliana’s olive oil club are processed via Authorize.net so credit card information is not retained by Oliana but deleted immediately after card authorization.
