We are Los Angeles’ only olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting bar. Oliana invites you to come by for a complimentary tasting of over 45 fresh extra virgin olive oils and aged balsamic vinegars. We have created a warm and inviting environment to educate consumers about the many benefits extra virgin olive oil has to offer.
